Overworked and Underpaid....

Hi all!

Sorry been away for the longest time readers! Okay so here are all the things that have happened to me thus far, I graduated, I got a job, I had to support my significant other in job transitions, I got engaged, fought for my parent's blessings and now here I am.

I've been working and trying to save and save and thought long and hard how difficult it is to live without finances. Let's beat the sugar coating and get straight...you can't live good without money, but truth of the matter is you can work your bazookas off but it will never be enough. As humans we always want more and more, people want to work hard and play hard. Sometimes we become so preoccupied with ourselves we forget what it is like to rest, to reserve our energy, to relax, heal, and most of all.....to calm the fuck down (excuse my poor verbals). Fatigue and stress is our biggest enemy, it consumes you, it makes you older physically and mentally, and it weakens the soul to liberation and success in life.

The world is consistently moving at such a fast rate, everyone is in a rush to get married, to pay bills, to do chores, to be the wonder parent, etc etc and the list goes on. That's just it. The list will forever go on. If you have a job money will always flow and I am not insinuating on spending all that you have, but take a break from work if you can. Don't try to push that extra over time. Treat yourself to a massage, the spa, buy yourself a gift, allow friends to babysit and go on a date, and say to yourself I'm going to enjoy myself because I definitely deserve it! So take a break, look at what surrounds you and take a deep breath!

*Cheers*

::Clink Clink Chomp & Cheers::

::Cheers::
The best things in life is to enjoy what you love, and who in this world doesn't love eating? I realize there are about a billion different articles on excercise and what to eat and what not to eat. Unless you are competeting for world's best body competition, what's wrong with enjoying yourself? Some people will say they work out for a mixture of both health and appearance, but I could definately say that 98% of women work out to 'fit that summer bikini' despite what they tell you. I'm a true believer in moderation, and it is best to excercise and limit the amount of unhealthy foods to prevent serious problems such as obesity. This in turn may lead to other complications such as hypertension and diabetes. So yes, it is great to limit these foods, but it's best not to erradicate it completely from your diet. I see those who excercise and start sarcrifice good living to obtain a better body, for example eating plain salad, tomatoes and water for breakfast....Mmm sounds appealing doesn't it? Eating in moderation will prevent those from "yo yo dieting", binge eating on "cheat days", and it will increase metabolism. My take is that fruits and vegetables are meant to be eaten, but life is meant to be enjoyed. If something were to happen one day to limit you from eating good foods, you'll regret not having that peice of cake one last time. So, after the end of a long day treat yourself. Life is hard in itself, so we all deserve a little sweets now and then. Cheers ^^

I sure enjoyed myself during margarita night with the girls.We tried to be healthy with carrots and celery, but the large amount of spinich dip and pizza didn't help. Any hoo, it was all worth while because fun moments are hard to come by. Everyone deserves their moment of relaxation don't you agree? <3

::Crash & Relax::

:: ZzZZzz (^.^)::

As much as i love to stay up late and wake up early i love to sleep just as much:: Studies have proven that sleep deprived individuals will have reduced productivity and a tendency for gaining weight. Although your body appears to be shutting down during REM (rapid eye movement), your body is still metabolizing and burning energy. During this time, it is healing our body's mentally and physically. So get in that couple hours of shut eye if your schedule allows it. Just crash and relax::Another green side to life i love <3
